When you submit an inquiry, Aurum may receive your name, contact details, mandate summary, target jurisdiction, and related context that you choose to provide.

Use of Information

Inquiry information is used to review fit, respond to your request, understand the mandate context, conduct preliminary conflict checks, and establish an appropriate communication path.

Sensitive Documents

Do not submit passports, bank records, title documents, contracts, statements, or source-of-funds evidence through the public form. Secure sharing is arranged separately when appropriate.

Service Providers

Website hosting and form handling may be supported by trusted infrastructure providers. Mandate-specific specialist sharing is limited to the scope agreed with the client.

Retention

Aurum retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably required for review, compliance, relationship management, or legitimate business record purposes.

Your Request

You may ask Aurum to clarify, update, or remove inquiry information where lawful and practical. Some records may be retained where required for compliance or dispute protection.
